No. You can view live seat availability without creating an account. You only need to log in if you want to save a seat.

Yes. Creating a user account is completely free. You can sign up and use SeatSaver at any participating venue at no cost.

Your saved hold will automatically expire after a set time (determined by the venue). The seat is then released back to available so someone else can take it.

Yes. From your seat session, you can share your location with a friend so they can find you inside the venue.

Tapping Step Away tells the venue you're temporarily not at the seat — grabbing food, using facilities, etc. A shorter timer starts. If you don't return before it expires, the seat is released.

Most venues are set up and live within 30 minutes. The setup wizard guides you through creating your organisation, venue, layout, assets and QR codes step by step.

Once your assets are created, use the QR Print Centre to generate a print pack. You can print individual codes or a full sheet for all assets in a section. Laminate and attach to each seat.

Yes. Pay As You Go and Monthly plans support unlimited venues. The Free Trial supports one venue. Billing is calculated per venue.

Yes. You can add staff accounts with specific roles — venue manager, event manager, venue staff or viewer. Each role has granular access controls.

QR codes are tied to assets, not physical positions. You can re-print codes after updating your layout. If a code is damaged or compromised, you can revoke it and generate a new one.

No. SeatSaver is a PWA — it works entirely in the phone browser. No app required for customers.

No. Your 30-day free trial starts without any payment details. We only ask for billing information when you choose to continue after your trial.

You are charged $0.15 per asset per day that the asset has at least one active session. The minimum charge is $19 per venue per month. An invoice is generated at the end of each billing cycle.

No. Prices shown are exclusive of GST. GST (10%) is added to invoices for Australian businesses where applicable.

Yes. You can switch between Pay As You Go and Monthly Plan at any time. Changes take effect from the start of your next billing period.
