SeatSaver for Schools & School Plays
Manage seating for school plays, assemblies, graduation ceremonies and parent evenings — with QR codes on every seat and live availability from any phone.
No more seat confusion at school events
Parents arrive, seats are scattered, nobody knows what's reserved or taken. Staff spend the first 20 minutes managing the crowd instead of welcoming families.
SeatSaver puts QR codes on every chair in the hall. Parents scan to check availability, save their preferred seats, and your staff stay focused on the event.
Event mode — per performance
Create a new session for each performance or ceremony. Seats reset automatically.
Print QR packs in bulk
Generate and print a QR sheet for your entire hall at once from the QR Print Centre.
Reserve seats for staff & accessibility
Block or reserve seats for teachers, staff or accessibility needs with one click.
